Delivery and Purchase Information

Ordering procedure

You can also order via e-mail at: info@bonthpublishers.nl
Please state in the e-mail: number, paperback or e-book, account holder name and delivery address.
You can transfer the purchase amount to account NL37 INGB 0008 5292 43 in the name of Uitgeverij Bonth bv.
After receipt of the purchase amount, the order will be shipped.

Delivery conditions

Adjusted gross sales prices may apply to orders from other suppliers.
No delivery costs will be charged for delivery to the Netherlands (delivery via PostNL as a letterbox package - regular mail, delivery within two working days).
For delivery to other countries, the delivery costs will be charged via PostNL minus the delivery costs that Dutch customers also do not pay. For delivery times, we refer to the entries for the various delivery costs.
After the delivery date you can cancel the purchase within a period of 14 days.

For special offers a service fee of € 1,95 is charged per order. Please make sure that you enter your correct address details in your order. Please double-check your address details, before you place your order. Delivery costs and paid sales amounts will not be reimbursed by us, if incorrect address details were specified in an order.

The costs for return shipments are not reimbursed by us.

The stated delivery costs in the orderprocedure apply to one copy. For multiple copies in one order, other delivery costs apply. You’ll receive an e-mail from us if the delivery costs change due to the number of ordered copies or please e-mail us for information (info@bonthpublishers.nl).

Returns

If you want to return the order within the 14 days after delivery, you can do so without giving a reason.
First, please send an email to info@bonthpublishers.nl, in which you can also indicate to which account number the purchase amount can be refunded.
After our confirmation of the return notification, please ship the book within five working days, in the original packaging.
Damaged or used (read) copies cannot be returned because they are no longer saleable.
After we have received the return shipment, we will refund the paid amount within a maximum period of 14 days.

Privacy policy

PLEASE BE ADVISED:Our novel is being offered by swindlers, probably to gather personal information of consumers. However, Bonth Publishers has NO cooperation with these companies. Therefore, only buy our novel through our website! If in doubt, we request you to send us an e-mail at info@bonthpublishers.nl

Use of your personal information

We use your personal data only for the processing of orders and to inform you about the progress thereof. If you have indicated with an order or otherwise that you want to be kept informed of promotions, then your e-mailaddress will be used for this purpose. You can end your participation at any moment.

Information from the hosting provider

When you visit our website, your IP address is temporarily stored by the provider in a log file. This serves to recognize and ward off hackers. The IP addresses remain stored for a maximum of 14 days.
Our website uses session cookies. Session cookies temporarily store visits to our site and are deleted when the browser is closed. This type of cookie does not store information about the user.
The provider does not implement tracking mechanisms or web analysis services on our website.
